El m\u00e1ximo recomendado es mayor para las personas que realizan mucha actividad f\u00edsica y menor para las personas inactivas: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00e1x. 45 gramos para un adulto inactivo <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1ximo 50 gramos para un adulto parcialmente activo <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1x. 60 gramos para un adulto suficientemente activo <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1x. 70 gramos para un adulto entrenado <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Sociedad Suiza de Pediatr\u00eda, los ni\u00f1os menores de 3 a\u00f1os no deben tomar az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos.
