MAYbe Less Sugar est\u00e1 movilizando a una amplia red de colaboradores para promover un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.environnements-sante.ch\/repertoire\/repertoire-mesures\/?_sft_facteur_sante=alimentation\">entorno <\/a>que nos ayude a hacer elecciones m\u00e1s saludables.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El 2 de mayo de 2023 se lanz\u00f3 un llamamiento a la acci\u00f3n bajo los auspicios de la Alianza Alimentaci\u00f3n y Salud, con el apoyo de 50 organizaciones sanitarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alliancealimentation.ch\/fr\/zuckermanifest\/unsere-forderungen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Llamamiento a la acci\u00f3n para reducir el az\u00facar en nuestra dieta<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color\">Az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos: <br\/>\u00bfQu\u00e9 son?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son todos los az\u00facares aislados que se utilizan en los productos listos para el consumo (bebidas dulces, caramelos, boller\u00eda, galletas, etc.) o el az\u00facar que a\u00f1adimos a lo que comemos y cocinamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A diferencia de los az\u00facares presentes de forma natural en alimentos como la fruta o la leche, los az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos no son necesarios en nuestra dieta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La lista de ingredientes indica si los hay, pero necesitas saber todos sus nombrecitos<a href=\"https:\/\/maybeless-sugar.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Guide-pour-la-definition-et-le-calcul-des-sucres-ajoutes-4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(ver la lista<\/a>). Seg\u00fan la OMS, los m\u00e1s comunes son el acesulfamo K, el aspartamo, el advantamo, los ciclamatos, el neotamo, la sacarina, la sucralosa, la estevia y los derivados de la estevia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color\">Goloso por naturaleza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos somos golosos por naturaleza. Por eso los pediatras recomiendan evitar los az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos hasta los 3 a\u00f1os y limitarlos a partir de entonces. Los edulcorantes no azucarados cultivan nuestro gusto por lo dulce.
