MAYbe Less Sugar sta mobilitando un&#8217;ampia rete di partner per promuovere un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.environnements-sante.ch\/repertoire\/repertoire-mesures\/?_sft_facteur_sante=alimentation\">ambiente <\/a>che ci aiuti a fare scelte salutari.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il 2 maggio 2023 \u00e8 stato lanciato un appello all&#8217;azione sotto l&#8217;egida dell&#8217;Alleanza per l&#8217;alimentazione e la salute, con il sostegno di 50 organizzazioni sanitarie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alliancealimentation.ch\/fr\/zuckermanifest\/unsere-forderungen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Invito all&#8217;azione per ridurre lo zucchero nella nostra dieta<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color\"><br>Zuccheri aggiunti: cosa sono?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tratta di tutti gli zuccheri isolati utilizzati nei prodotti pronti al consumo (bevande dolci, caramelle, pasticcini, biscotti, ecc.) o dello zucchero che aggiungiamo a ci\u00f2 che mangiamo e cuciniamo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A differenza degli zuccheri naturalmente presenti in alimenti come la frutta o il latte, gli zuccheri aggiunti non sono necessari alla nostra dieta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;elenco degli ingredienti ne segnala la presenza, ma \u00e8 necessario conoscere tutti i loro nomi specifici <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blv.admin.ch\/blv\/it\/home\/lebensmittel-und-ernaehrung\/ernaehrung\/produktzusammensetzung\/zuckerreduktion.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(vedi elenco<\/a>). Secondo l&#8217;OMS, i pi\u00f9 comuni sono l&#8217;acesulfame K, l&#8217;aspartame, l&#8217;advantame, i ciclamati, il neotame, la saccarina, il sucralosio, la stevia e i derivati della stevia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color\">Una naturale voglia di dolcezza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Siamo naturalmente golosi di dolci. Ecco perch\u00e9 i pediatri raccomandano di evitare gli zuccheri aggiunti fino ai 3 anni e di limitarli successivamente. I dolcificanti non zuccherati coltivano il nostro gusto per la dolcezza. Questi zuccheri hanno molti vantaggi e oggi sono presenti in molti prodotti, senza che ce ne accorgiamo.
