MAYbe Less Sugar est\u00e1 a mobilizar uma vasta rede de parceiros para promover um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.environnements-sante.ch\/repertoire\/repertoire-mesures\/?_sft_facteur_sante=alimentation\">ambiente <\/a>que nos ajude a fazer escolhas saud\u00e1veis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em 2 de maio de 2023, foi lan\u00e7ado um apelo \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o sob a \u00e9gide da Alian\u00e7a para a Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e a Sa\u00fade, com o apoio de 50 organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alliancealimentation.ch\/fr\/zuckermanifest\/unsere-forderungen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Apelo \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o para reduzir o a\u00e7\u00facar na nossa alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color\">A\u00e7\u00facares adicionados: <br\/>O que s\u00e3o?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e3o todos os a\u00e7\u00facares isolados utilizados nos produtos prontos a consumir (bebidas doces, doces, pastelaria, bolachas, etc.) ou o a\u00e7\u00facar que adicionamos ao que comemos e cozinhamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao contr\u00e1rio dos a\u00e7\u00facares naturalmente presentes em alimentos como a fruta ou o leite, os a\u00e7\u00facares adicionados n\u00e3o s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 nossa dieta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lista de ingredientes indica se existem alguns, mas tem de saber todos os seus pequenos nomes <a href=\"https:\/\/maybeless-sugar.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Guide-pour-la-definition-et-le-calcul-des-sucres-ajoutes-4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(ver a lista<\/a>). Segundo a OMS, os mais comuns s\u00e3o o acessulfame K, o aspartame, o advantame, os ciclamatos, o neotame, a sacarina, a sucralose, a est\u00e9via e os derivados da est\u00e9via. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color\">Gosto natural pelo a\u00e7\u00facar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos n\u00f3s temos um gosto natural por doces. \u00c9 por isso que os pediatras recomendam que evites os a\u00e7\u00facares adicionados at\u00e9 aos 3 anos de idade e que os limites sejam respeitados a partir da\u00ed. Os ado\u00e7antes sem a\u00e7\u00facar cultivam o nosso gosto pela do\u00e7ura.
